
TROLL Nursery/NG Baby AB, SALES MANAGER – SWEDEN AREA
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning lead/revenue generation marketing activities with partners within territory
• Manages funnel growth, funnel conversion and partner sales performance within territory including opportunity/deal management
• Excellent overall understanding of TROLL Nursery/NG Baby AB implementation, management & administration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. (remote and face-to face, as applicable)
• Understands competitive environment and can autonomously position TROLL products successfully.
• Uses telephone & other IT tools to remotely interface with channel partners and customers to communicate.
• Works independently & proactively to avoid & resolve issues.
Candidate Profile:
• At least 4 years’ experience in BtoB sales. Candidate’s excellent advantage would be sales in nursery sphere.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone skills
• Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions
• Ability to establish a course of action for self to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources
• Work well under pressure, professional demeanor, Self-driven
• Good in English and native language of the target market is a must
• Must have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Office
